Kein Wunder bei dem Rechtsdruck und kompletter Ignoranz der Klimakrise von Seiten der Politik.

Tomb Raider, Doom, Mortal Kombat for example

Not bad games at all but I just don’t like that it’s claiming the name of something, basically saying it wasn’t good enough.

Thanks for the clarification!

I don't know what you mean. I asked why do we need clocks on ovens. You said "to time cooking" but you can have a timer without a clock so it is still not needed and your answer is invalid.

In Germany we always have elections on Sundays so it's basically a public holiday (unlike in the US where stores are still open). There are enough places to vote (though you're assigned to the one in your district for statistical reasons) so you rarely have to stand in line. I've seen pictures of voting lines in the US and was shocked...

Mail-in votes are available to everyone and it's being used a lot but for many people going to the voting place in person has more meaning to it. Some even put on a suit, but that could also be because they are on the way to church.

Electronic voting was discussed but the consensus is that it's not safe enough.

The question if it should be a public holiday in the US is weird to me as it is a very clear YES and also YES people should definitely always get a day off on public holidays wtf

Hab jetzt was ganz schlimmes erwartet, wie immer bei irgendwelchen "coolen" Unternehmensvideos. Aber das war doch jetzt gar nicht schlecht?

I would prefer Apple making routers again.

Since 100%ing Astro Bot I'm now continuing Last of Us 2 on New Game+. About a third way through.

Always-games: Shipbreaker, Synth Rider (PSVR2), Factorio, Vampire Survivors, Balatro (now on iPad)

All games and movies that reuse the same name as the very first title in the franchise to make a "fresh start" while spitting on the original.

Very recently I was driving on the Autobahn. It was a relatively crowded Sunday. Then cars in front of me slowed down a little, I saw two cars on the side of the road, then a lonely car wheel rolled right in front of me, nearly missed my bumper, I only had to break slightly. I was startled but fine. Saw one or two more cars on the side, they all seemed fine. I wondered where the, now three-wheeled, car was. About a kilometer further there it was on the side, already sitting on a car jack, so some time must have passed already and no one seemed injured. This wheel must have rolled around on the road for a while, hitting a few cars on it's way. I was reminded of the movie "Rubber".

A timer works independent of whatever the current time is because it only needs to count down the passage of time. Also everyone already has multiple clocks on walls, wrists and phones.

We have all the solutions, we just need to execute them.
