Of course there's the best option which is an non-occupancy tax that goes up exponentially for each additional property you're sitting on for speculation.

That right there would be a hard counter to wallstreet hoovering in the housing market.

We said thoughts and prayers, isn't that their custom for victims of gun violence?

As long as Biden makes it past the vote and wins, he could drop dead a planck length past the finish line and we'd still have mission accomplished.

Let's be real, at this point Biden is a placeholder candidate above which you should see the nametag "literally just not Donald Trump again."

Especially after that one Supreme Court ruling, I cannot stress enough that you are either voting for Biden or supporting an American fall into dictatorship.

This isn't just about moral backbone in standing up for those who can't anymore, it's about survival. We beat them back or we may as well accept that the number of us who are gonna live to see the full depth of outcomes will be significantly less than the statistical average for most elections.

Vote.

So how does this man being an executive officer not immediately send a company's stocks into the shitter at this point?

The man regularly outwits far more supposedly cognizant opponents including Batman and Lex Luthor, who are canonically recognized as two of thr smartest people on the entire planet.

Edit: I'm not saying insane people are stupid, I'm saying that Joker's mental illnesses are pretty obviously behavioral, they don't affect his perception of reality. He's perfectly capable of understanding what he's doing and how it's wrong, in fact his character almost doesn't work if he doesn't, he just thinks that it's all hilarious anyways. That's why I said he's not insane, he just pretends to be, because he'd be fit to stand criminal trial as fully competent and cognizant of his actions.

Gotta say, that's an almost aggressively reasonable salary for running an entire country,

I'd consider myself pretty well taken care of for that level of pay.

I'm like 90% sure now that the absolutely glacial pace this is moving at confirms that the only reason verdicts come down so quickly in most other cases is because most accused can't afford the court and lawyer's fees to keep fighting for as long as they realistically could.

Why do people even want to go to Dubai of all places?

There's literally nothing there you can't find somewhere that isn't also in the middle of a god forsaken desert and built by slave labor.
