Wins. And MacOS.

Except you literally think that though. You just wrap it around some BS like "war is baaaad" or "hamas is baaaaad".

So I guess if war is bad and everything is allowed, the take your example further and say that killing Israeli civilians is "tragic but war is war".

Don't spit on my cupcake and tell me it's frosting.

So if Israel had any kind of military base near civilian areas, would that mean it's using Israeli citizens as human shields?

"Echoing his leader, Major General Igor Konashenkov, chief spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Defence, stated in a news conference on February 28 that “the armed forces of the Russian Federation strike only at military targets”. Discussing the capital, Kyiv, he added that “the leadership of Ukraine and the authorities of the city, having announced a curfew, are persuading the residents of the capital to stay in their homes”. This, he concluded, “once again proves that the Kyiv regime uses the residents of the city as a ‘human shield’ for the nationalists who have deployed artillery units and military equipment in residential areas of the capital”."

"Then on March 3, Moscow accused Ukrainian authorities of holding a group of 6,000 Indian students and other foreign nationals as “human shields”. Indian authorities themselves denied the claim. A couple of days later, Putin declared that “the neo-Nazis” were obstructing the creation of humanitarian corridors requested by the Ukrainian government to evacuate civilians trapped in the line of fire, claiming “the militants” were keeping the potential evacuees as human shields."

And did the person ever recover from it?

Enough fucking Musk spam, we already know this. We didn't need some rich jackass to validate this.

[-] snek@lemmy.world 124 points 11 months ago

Actually what this guy said is:

"International law stipulates that [the reaction] must be proportionate. Civilians must be taken into account, and humanitarian law is very clear on this. I think this limit has been largely exceeded"

But the Times of Israel likes to erase this from the title and make it sound like they just went one woopsie too far. Poor genocidal Israel... pout

Because the hate is based on their shitty OS. They did a fairly good job with VSCode. Our hate isn't blind.

No one gave them too much power. They just woke up early and took it before anyone else could.
