This is prominent in the online dating scene. ‘Why don’t women like total dickhead conservatives, derrp? Guess I’m “moderate” or “not political”.’

Rich people making more money is true Republican goal and the reason for everything else. Co-opting the deranged fanatical Christian sector was just part of the strategy to achieve that.

Yes, divided. I have an idea, states should allow abortion and republicans or weird Christians who don’t like it can not get one.

To the point at least. The impression I always got was that it was meant to imply you’d have money by then and not want to pay taxes.

The people who told me that were 100% boomers. There’s that idiotic saying “if you’re not liberal* when you’re 20, you have no heart. If you’re not conservative when you’re 40 you have no brains” ok boomer.

Note this is using the US meaning of liberal, not to mean “capitalist”.

Ikea does have those semi-private feeling little nooks... I've thought about taking a nap in one before. I can only imagine the temptation Vince feels seeing that fresh upholstery.

About 50% of the time, if I choose sleep, it turns back on as soon as it shuts down. This can happen a couple times in a row. Other times, it sleeps normally and only comes back on with keyboard input. I’ve looked at running processes and there doesn’t seem to be anything I dual happening at the times it starts back up. Any ideas?

police removed her toilet from her home and searched it

Everything about this is insane and exactly what sensible people thought would happen.

Having to constantly communicate in abusive opposite-world ideas must be tiring. The notion that NATO is out to invade Russia or something is one of the most ridiculous things I've heard.

I’m going to take the free gravel and 7 inch teleportation. The gravel is a valuable commodity which can be sold. 7 inches is enough to get through any doorway.

No shit. Groceries have gone up 40% in the past 1-2 years for no real reason while wages have not and things like housing are going up too. Amazing that people would be buying less 'units'.

I’m still confused that people don’t realize this. It’s not an oracle. It’s a program that generates sentences word by word based on statistical analysis, with no concept of fact checking. It’s even worse that someone actually did a study instead of simply acknowledging or realizing that ChatGPT is happy to just make stuff up.

I don't really have a question but I want to talk about noodles, please. Is a tamale a noodle or a sandwich?
