Just realized the GIF is not playing for the default UI, I'll try to fix that

I have no idea how to get it to work, I've tried decreasing the size to below what some that work are but it doesn't seem to do anything. I guess just use sync or photon or just click on it

Edit: it has something to do with lemmy-ui using the thumbnail or something like that generated by the instance, while photon and sync use the actual image. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me

IT WORKS NOW! I just had to spend like four hours going down the rabbit hole of self-hosting images and webp images, but (I think) it works
