Just don't get in yet
The title is literally 'consequences of impatience'
You don't have to be inpatient if you turn the water on before taking your clothes off. That way by time you're undressed the water is at least warm.
Head in first. It helps.
Also, the tactic works if you usually freeze when drying after showers. I used to dread coming out of the shower until I figured this out: Turn down the heat before turning the water off. Don't do a cold shock, just a little by a time, but always head first.
Like, turn down a notch, let it hit your head first and get that refreshing feel without feeling cold. Don't let the "cold" water hit your body, only the head. Then as soon as you're comfortable let it also refresh your shoulders and body. It's not even cold. Then turn it down a notch and repeat. After two/three adjustments you'll be comfortable in the room temperature.
bro follows instructions to get in and out of the shower
Looks like bro is also rewarded with a pleasant experience by doing so, as things often are when following instructions.
It's just a tip. Being uncomfortably cold after showers is an issue for some people.
Love me some Alex Honnold memes.
For those who may not know, that’s the guy who climbed El Cap without ropes or protective gear.
He’s an absolute rockstar climber and seems to be living his best life with a wonderful wife and amazing child.
it takes like 10 seconds
Look at you with 10 seconds of patience
Maybe for your high dollar water heater. Without a recirculator mine takes around two minutes

6% of Americans: "You guys have running water?"
That picture makes me nervous. What if someone else is coming from the other direction?
