According to BC Assessment, as of July 2022, the 1.2-acre property has an assessed value of $73.536 million, with $73.498 million coming from the land and $38,300 coming from the two-storey, 11,100 sq ft structure.

That's actually really good. Mixed use right next to the skytrain is worth so much more than a single, monolithic, bottom tier fast food joint

Ooof, I can't imagine that distinctive Mcdonald's smell won't waft through the first few floors pretty constantly.

I dunno, does anyone live above a similar restaurant situation? Do the smells make it through?
