Sorry OP, but this article is a classic example of an advertisement masquerading as news.

It reminds me of an episode of South Park, where Jimmy sorts ads from real news articles. Audio volume is kinda low unfortunately

The very act itself is free advertisement, lol. Although tbf, a lot of businesses do this because there's a lot of benefit to it. Publicity, tax breaks*, students singing their praises, etc.

*hindi ako sure if it works the same way as in the US
