Never had issues with PWM.
I feel there might be people who can be affected by it, but it tends to be the people who put there phone brightness on minimum.

With auto brightness on indoors, the Redmi note 7 tends to be around 10% brightness. Feels like a pain forcing the screen brighter than comfortable to avoid PWM strain.
Bothers me, it's useless to get 90 hz refresh rate if i see flickering on grey background when scrolling
No, especially with the "Extra Dim" option on Pixels it's not a problem
I do not notice it. Maybe, because it's very high( ~2000hz) or I just don't ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
