Pro tip as someone that works in this space. Say you’re in California.

CA’s privacy protections are similar to Europes, and Best Buy, by law, needs to let you opt out of data sales if you say you’re a California resident.

On this page, click California, then on the next page, look for a tiny link labeled “Continue without signing in”

Then fill out the form with your non-CA address. This information is basically a search query for the privacy team to handle your request.
