Normally I love putting stuff together, like Ikea furniture etc etc

I'm now in a room with the door locked trying to build this cat tower and there's a monster on the other side of the door who is DEMANDING to be let in.

Edit: She realised if she jumps high enough she can pull the door handle down and open the door.

Your toilet paper is no longer safe.

[-] underwatermagpies@aussie.zone 3 points 39 minutes ago

She just needs to make sure you're doing it properly.

[-] PeelerSheila@aussie.zone 3 points 1 hour ago

The sheer audacity!

[-] Duenan@aussie.zone 4 points 1 hour ago

You’ll have a makeshift ~~doggy~~ kitty door soon if you don’t finish up that tower soon.

[-] StudChud@aussie.zone 4 points 1 hour ago

How dare you lock the Queen out of a room in her own house!

Gibson can hear the echo of an empty cardboard box.

Just a Very Very Autistic Day.

[-] Duenan@aussie.zone 2 points 1 hour ago

Oh I’m sorry.

Are you able to give yourself little self care to make the night better?

[-] Taleya@aussie.zone 3 points 1 hour ago

Oh i have been. His Lordship has actually been at a gathering tonight, so i could get obnoxiously loud with my stim vocalisations.

I put on the first Paddington movie for the boys the other day because I heard it was good when it came out, and it is quite good.

It's silly and over the top in all the right ways, with a villain that's just evil with clear motivations. It felt like a 90s movie made with today's technology.

Also turns out the director worked on Darkplace and directed all the Mighty Boosh episodes so of course it was going to be good

[-] MeanElevator@aussie.zone 1 points 51 minutes ago

Yeah for real, they're solid flicks for all tastes and ages.

Breaking news - Rossmoyne Street in Thornbury is having a collective garage sale tomorrow at 10 am to 3 pm - lots of people are all coming together to put excess stoff out for sale. Just got told. See you there.

Hey @Nath@aussie.zone can you please see if there are any new accounts pending approval. Seagoon has made a new account.

Little bit of garlic with that sounds delicious.

[-] StudChud@aussie.zone 9 points 3 hours ago

Bailed and went home, while partner and his dad go to dinner. My everything hurts, and for the first time Macca's has made me feel better rather than worse.

Thank you nuggets and fries 👌🏼

[-] LowExperience2368@aussie.zone 2 points 1 hour ago

Hope you feel better soon 💕

I don't know if I should continue doing this assignment that I am attempting to do. I keep going around in circles trying to find suitable papers. It is four days overdue and we have a 5% per day late penalty. I want to submit something but I have two other assignments due end of this week that I haven't really started and want today to be the last day I work on this.

[-] StudChud@aussie.zone 4 points 2 hours ago

It's gonna be alright, maybe focus on the other two assignments, and let this one go. You are capable and savvy, and if your instinct says to work on the other two due at the end of the week, then maybe it's worth listening to :) trust yourself. You can do this! I'm sending you all of my good vibes and energy to you over the ether! 💜

[-] LowExperience2368@aussie.zone 2 points 1 hour ago* (last edited 1 hour ago)

Merci beaucoup <3

I'm going to wake up nice and early tomorrow, go for a run, then submit something at the end of the day. Then work on the others.

[-] Gibsonhasafluffybutt@aussie.zone 6 points 4 hours ago* (last edited 4 hours ago)

Oh post gym nap, why are you so fucking amazing?

[-] RustyRaven@aussie.zone 9 points 5 hours ago* (last edited 4 hours ago)

Anyone else having pizza tonight?

Edit:

[-] just_kitten@aussie.zone 4 points 3 hours ago* (last edited 3 hours ago)

Ugh... Tempted. Gave up on cleaning the house today and been in bed all afternoon as I'm just beat. Craving a cheesy treat. But I think I'll leave that for tomorrow when I'm with a friend and have my leftover pasta for dinner tonight.

[-] Duenan@aussie.zone 4 points 4 hours ago

Yum yum. Ive had my pizza for the week so no go for me.

[-] Gibsonhasafluffybutt@aussie.zone 5 points 4 hours ago

I'd love to, but due to where I live it costs 50 bucks to get a decent one delivered :(

[-] RustyRaven@aussie.zone 6 points 4 hours ago

Mine was produced in house, much cheaper

[-] Gibsonhasafluffybutt@aussie.zone 4 points 4 hours ago

Hmm you make a valid point.

[-] StudChud@aussie.zone 3 points 3 hours ago

Pita bread and whatever veggies and deli meats you want, tomato paste, spinach. Slap that all on a pita bread, oven for 20 minutes 180-200c.

You can also do leftovers pizza. Whatever leftovers you have, slap that on the pita and cook. It's much tastier than takeaway honestly

[-] Gibsonhasafluffybutt@aussie.zone 3 points 2 hours ago

Yeah nice. I'll give it a go. Makes for a good change from the usual basic meals.

[-] Duenan@aussie.zone 2 points 1 hour ago

Gives me ideas for next time.

Going to cost it all to see how well it goes.

I think when it comes down to it I couldn’t make it cheap enough to beat some of the frozen ones.

[-] Pilk@aussie.zone 5 points 4 hours ago

I want to but it's one tram stop away and I'm also in my comfies, guess I'll starve

[-] underwatermagpies@aussie.zone 17 points 6 hours ago

Tommy Cat is 10 today. He has had prawns for tea and is now basking in the sun, pretty well satisfied with life.

[-] just_kitten@aussie.zone 4 points 3 hours ago

Please tell Tommy he is the loveliest floof and give him a scritch from us
