If only after reading that entire article, I had any further idea of what these watercraft do, what their mission is, why they are unable to meet these needs other than the apparent lack of the ability of the army to do any kind of repairs on them, and what maybe they actually did in Gaza. I have no sense of what these boats are, other than one picture of the boat in the beginning of the article.
