This doesn’t apply to everyone but it’s nice that my app of choice has a cache of OSM data to work with during downtimes like this (and times when I lack the internet as well)

https://mapcomplete.org is an easy-to-use website to view, edit and add points (such as shops, restaurants and others)
https://learnosm.org/en/ has a lot of information for beginners too.
