I find it hilarious that Prigzhovin (sp?) has received $10 billion from the russian government to wagner, whilst they gave him another $10 billion for his food business (that supplies food for the armed services). Not sure where all that money is going for food services as it isn't going into food for russian soldiers.

All countries are corrupt to a point, however russia must be up there near the top.
