Why are headlines written like this? His supporters call for more, his critics are busy drinking spoilt milk and ranting on Facebook.

there are 40* people who could receive the commutation, I don't think it's outlandish to suggest these people should also not be killed, if you believe in the death penalty fine, but Joe Biden is apparently a devout Catholic who at some point didn't believe in it so what's stopping him from commuting all the sentences
