1600 may not seem like much compared to other numbers lately.
But it's still about double the daily average of the war combined.
We used to think it was crazy when the numbers were above 600. And back then that would generally mean about 20 tanks lost.
Now all thy can spare is 4 tanks when sacrificing 1600 people!
The vehicles category shows the second largest absolute number of "casualties" in this list.
