In the "dead Internet" sense, yes. It's overrun by spammers, scammers, bots, and slop.

Get a burner phone number for one time setup.
You'll need to get a fake/burner phone number for account verification. Some voip numbers will work, but you'll probably need to try a handful of providers to find one that does.
Didn't know horses can use Facebook.
