You forgot the late 20s to early 30s were we are all grown up and responsible, possibly with kids, and going to close friends houses parties for a few years were half the people are super responsibleand the other still living it up taking way to many drugs. Then, we transition to doing nothing.
I was busting my ass to feed ungrateful drunks until 4 AM.
My wife and I went to our neighbor's house for New Year's. She made it to 10:00 before wanting to go home.

I'm in my thirties and just had the time of my life. I'm visiting The Hague and got to spend my night dodging mortars and watching actual explosions. 10/10 want to come here next year now too, probably with impact goggles though
There is growing support for an all out ban. Since kids keep getting injured every year. And this nye a kid died. And fireworks is often used against the emergency services during nye.
