Elebits/Eledees. I absolutely ADORE games that utilize physics like this and it's such a hidden gem that's still a blast to play. The levels would gradually get crazier and I loved it so much. The soundtrack also goes really hard. This is just the theme for the "extras" menu and this is the theme of the level where you get to throw buildings if you upgrade your gun enough (AKA one of my fave levels in a videogame ever)
