When trying to load my subscribed feed, more often than not I get an error. It tries for about 20 seconds but then times out. This happens with infinite scrolls too, it takes a while before I can actually see new posts.

While this is much more common on this Lemmy instance (feddit.nl) than e.g. my alt account on lemmynsfw, the official web-UI doesn't have this issue at all, not does Photon (at least, the web-app hosted at ph.feddit.nl).

There doesn't seem to be a difference between 4g, 5g and wifi, and turning on/off rethink dns doesn't change anything either. I've also tried toggling the https over dns option, which again does not have any impact.

If anyone else experiences similar problems, or has a potential solution, I'd gladly hear them.
