I dislike simple because according to Play Store reviews their Calendar Play Store version basically blackmailed customers into paying (if they wanted all their data to remain)
It was a one time failure because of Paid versions transition. With calendar you could export your events to ICS file and import to paid app. Or install this app from GitHub or F-Droid ๐
I used F-Droid, but screwing over non F-Droid users like that is scummy. The reviews are on the play store.
Not screwing. Everyone need money. Tibbi is really active developer. So asking money (very small amount) to continue development is okey. My opinion. It was done in correct way, he gave people ability to export data from non-paid version. If someone didn't understand something, then, hmm... shit happens, you can't help anyone.
Love the view on Aves, can't get along well with Simple's UI.
