No doubt that this is going to make the barrier of entry too high for a number of Russians. The way things are looking, Telegram or Signal might be the only source of real news in Russia, but most people will be stuck with TASS. I hate that this is trying to screw over the few Russians I know
But all the far-right extremists were telling me Russia is the country that has actual freedom...
