Check your settings and see if you haven't accidentally clicked on the "This is a bot account" option.
Have you considered that maybe you are a bot? Have you taken a Turing test lately? Voight-kampff?
I don't know if you can do it from Sync, but on the settings page it's just a checkbox. Uncheck it and hit save.
This solved the problem. If this option was on by default, that's stupid. But if I accidentally activated it then I'm the stupid one. lol
It is definitely not on by default.
Feels good do be human again? If I were a lemmy dev I would add captchas to that checkbox.
When I created my account I checked the box just out of reflex before I realized what it was for.

Can you take a look on the website itself and go to your settings? There is a bot checkmark. Maybe you turned it on accidentally.
