their page to link accounts to it was not a real webapp, it was a novnc page that would connect to an ubuntu vm that runs chrome with no sandboxing and basic password store under fluxbox wm

someone dumped the home directory from it

could this be a nation-state attack? since jiat75 spent multiple years developing a fake persona and it seems like a lot of effort was put into this

I bought an unlocked pixel 7a because of lots of custom roms once it goes out of support

It's huge and doesn't have a headphone jack or SD card slot but it's very fast and has a good camera

My dream phone would be:

  • Unlocked bootloader

  • Replaceable battery

  • Small

  • Expandable storage

  • Good camera

  • IR blaster

  • Updates provided for a long time

  • Stock Android

  • Very durable

yep, a lot of people at my school have no laptop except the school provided Chromebook, use mostly iPhones, and due to using Chromebooks and iPhones for everything they never actually touch the inner workings of the OS

People have said that Linux sucks because there are barely any games and game mods for it

Yeah, go tell that to Steam about the steam deck lol, Stray runs great under proton, you can even get it to kinda-sorta work on low-end hardware

No one is going to use weather on a PC, that's what a phone is for
