In this same vein, I loved social distancing while standing in a line. Why do we have to cram in uncomfortably? It won't make the line move faster.

That's why I said "that I'd feel bad throwing away".

The stages for high end go like this: sent to "goodwill boutique" and/or listed online. Sent to cheaper local goodwill with markdown. Added to cheap-item-Sunday (for ones that still do that). Sent to bulk outlet (where people fill a bag and pay one price for entire bag or by the pound). Finally, recyclers

So they don't block it so much as delay I suppose. But they've gotten good at regionalizing their processes

But let's also be fair, as in "I gave it to them for free out of convenience while getting rid of the stuff that I'd feel bad just throwing away"

It also says the bezels are gone, but the photo looks like massive bezels. Feel like I'm missing something

I feel like this article is disappointing coming from NPR.

The video is typically titled "Aldrin punches conspiracy theorist" but it should include "Punches whiney, obnoxious, harassing moron" to help this guy find his place in history.

The cherry on top is that the court did not pursue assault charges citing that it was instigated. I read it as "deserved"

Most of the right side of the "parking lot" is a public boat launch and RV Park/Dump location not related to SeaWorld. Another part of it is walled off facility storage (it has shipping containers) and SeaWorld company vehicle parking.

Everything to the left of the SeaWorld is unrelated parking for other businesses (one of them being a SeaWorld corporate building) and a marina.

Still a shitload of parking, but a very very misleading Facebook or whatever bullshit post

Here are the details of his surprisingly active involvement in the attack:

Also of note:

Johnston was a voice actor on Fox’s “Bob’s Burgers” but was reportedly fired after it was confirmed that he was at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

I, for one, have never even heard this

I read this somewhere else on Lemmy recently (sorry for comment steal):

American companies that are trying to dismantle unions need to understand that unions were a compromise to protect the companies. Because this is the alternative.

"Eliminating employee vacation"

His workers had an average 48 hours of yearly vacation time. That is not vacation time.

What trash
