It's an absolutely dumb idea, though. It won't solve a single thing.

The real fix would upset the rich. No person, entity, or affiliated entity should be allowed to own more than like 5 homes.

That's literally all it would take to solve the issue. 60% all all rental houses are owned by corpos. Some own over 50,000 houses they collect rent on. That's just absolute bullshit that shouldn't exist. Owning houses shouldn't be a 7+ figure income strategy

That's the same heart picture 4 times. It was just one guy who was very confused and kept changing religions.

You seem to think they're letting pows die and extracting organs later? Not much point in that.

Government officials get super pissed whenever the violence is aimed at them instead of the poor.

Anyone play on the steam deck? How is the performance on it since the last update?

The amount of people who have commented to you with completely incorrect reasons for why you only do compressions is something else. They're all getting up voted, too.

But anyhow, for all of them: Single person cpr is non stop compressions at 100 to 120 bpm, non stop.

Two person cpr is the same rate, but two breaths every 30 compressions (2 every 15 for an infant).

Single person cpr is done that way now, because one person working by themselves can't manage to effectively do both for very long at all before starting to screw up or move to slow, and the compressions are most important. It basically takes to long to stop, move up towards the head, tilt the head back, open the mouth, give two appropriate breaths while looking for chest rise, then reposition and go back to compressions.

Trust me when I say that you'll be wore the heck out if you have to do 120 compressions a minute, almost hard enough to tear ribs from cartilage for more than a few minutes on your own. Adding in the breaths just isn't something that has been shown to pay off.

I get to this part and feel like I'm being trolled.

"meaning the reading of data and leaking it through a side channel—is a flagrant violation of the constant-time paradigm."

I used a great apk on reddit before reddit fucked it over with the api call fiasco. That's when I moved to lemmy and found an apk called Thunder that is extremely similar. So right now the only real difference for me is the much lower user base, so there's less "niche" subs/instances. Of course, that will also go away so long as people keep migrating over.

I'm car guy, IT guy, home maintenance guy, and electronics repair guy.

I learned how to do everything because I'm a cheap ass that won't replace what can be fixed and won't pay to have something be fixed when I can manage it myself.

I got 240,000 miles on a car right now and it's never seen the inside of a shop. Last big screen TV was free because it was broken and then I soldered new LEDS on to fix it. Paid $25 for an $800 dishwasher that just needed disassembling and cleaning. Also $25 for a front load whirlpool washing machine with a broken internal lock mechanism that I repaired. Same for a dryer with bad rollers inside.

People blow way too much money on buying new stuff instead of just learning how to fix and maintain things now. /old man rant

Pretty much. He was trying to bide a bit of time in a moronic way in order to give democrats more than 5 minutes to look at the 45 day budget bill the Republicans were trying to immediately force a vote on before it could be read at all. Surprise surprise, one of the first crooked things found in it was a raise to give themselves.
