Configurable touchpad gestures on Plasma. And a non-nonsense gesture to open the overview effect (waiting for Plasma 6, already done :)

Unfortunately, I can’t escape YouTube/it's recommendations. But! I watch content about privacy through LibreTube, which proxies everything through Piped, which means that Google doesn’t know what I’m watching. So it's not a big problem.

Wayland. Touchscreen support and gestures. No scaling issues. Better smoothness.

AppManager. Super stable, feature-packed app that can do nearly everything with your apps.

AdAway. No ads in apps. At all.

Simple utilities. Just very good replacement for Google proprietary suite of apps. Good design, feature-rich, simple to use. Developer is really awesome!

Guesses: VPN, AdBlocker, Browser profile spoofer (chameleon extension f.e.), fingerprinting protection (Firefox's or from extension). If you have something from this list, try to disable it and go to site.

I recently found out that Signal supports stickers created by users and was very happy about it. For me, the easiest way to install was this site. Thank you, Signal developers!

KeepassDX. Is it a dead project? (raw.githubusercontent.com)
submitted 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago) by FarLine99@lemm.ee to c/askandroid@lemdro.id

I really like using KeepassXC on a computer. On Android, I found KeepassDX to be the best client. But the last commit was from March and it confuses me. Do you think the project was abandoned or just a person took a break from development?

Should I build LineageOS myself? (upload.wikimedia.org)

I understand that probably there is little interest if you are a device ROM maintainer to embed a backdoor into it. But it's still possible. Lineage has a fairly simple and open build process. Should I do it on my own? Or should I trust the maintainers and not bother? What are your thoughts?

Awesome app. It is somehow not listed on android-foss list so maybe someone didn't know about it.

Obtainium allows you to install and update Open-Source Apps directly from their releases pages, and receive notifications when new releases are made available.
