I hate to say this whole situation is completely different thing, but one was formally charged and one is under investigation. I'm guessing is why it's unfortunately handled different by the clubs. As an Arsenal supporter, I rather the club move on from Partey, like yeet him to Saudi Arabia or freaking Greenland, got kind of optimistic with the possibility this window but it was just noise.
