I think it is a left-handed caliper, because the letters on the adjustable wrench look normal.

If we exclude Newton's 3rd law, this will be way more effective against arrows, and demoralizing the enemy.

Probably. The same thing works for bears - bears who ate mostly berries have meat, which tastes slightly sweet. This works, I believe, for red meat: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2286578/

Probably feeding a ton of fish to a pig from early life will make the taste more fishy.

If Sisyphus wants destruction, then I think diverting it is the best. Even though the ship has no original parts, it is still a ship, even if it is a model of the original ship.

Or human part will be alive, and not the horse part.

Yeah... honestly, it depends on how they're built. Because it might work on one of interpretation of the centaur's internal biology, but not on another. Still funny though.

Or twice as many to sell. Now selling 3 kidneys per person won't be a problem.

I am unsure whether centaurs have a joined or separate circulatory systems. Worst case - they're separate for horse & human body. But if they're joined, then I think a centaur may survive on 1 heart, as you've said.
