She's obviously Bernie's heir apparent and will replace him as The Left Wing Democrat to come in 2nd in the primaries now that he's too old and she's old enough.

It wasn't like a law banning X. They were Court ordered to do something and they didn't do it.

Could that happen in other countries? I mean sure but not the way you're implying.

Weird to "call for" a riot. Not generally the type of thing you schedule ahead of time.

If 9/11 happened today half of Republicans on Twitter would be blaming Secretary Buttigieg before the second plane hit.

The motion against him from Gaetz, however, he blamed on a personal matter and accused Gaetz of trying to get him to illegally shut down an ethics committee investigation.

It was shutting down the ethics investigation into Gaetz, as we all knew at the time. Just didn't know that would be illegal.

I am not a "muh freedom" guy, I don't drive more than 10 over anyway. But this is just logistically a bad way to stop speeding.

Where does my car get the current speed limit information? How and when does it update as speed limits change? Will school systems around the country have to submit a list of which days are "school days" for school zone speed limits?

What if the GPS registers you on the 30mph road below or next to the 70mph highway, long term or even for a momentary glitch? Who is at fault if that causes you to be in an accident?

Secretaries of State will step in & ensure the new legal standard for @realDonaldTrump applies equally to @JoeBiden!"

It does. The legal standard does apply equally to everyone. And in fact the same standard has applied for 155 years.

The legit argument for immunity is that a president is completely immune for official actions, anything else done while he is president but not official presidential action can't be charged while president but can be charged after his term.

Assuming they aren't charging anything that could be construed as an official presidential action, this should be 9-0 of course you can be charged.

The guy running against Biden has far worse policies with regard to Muslims. If that guy wins it "proves" America wants the worse policies, potentially causing Democrats to switch to those policies to try to win.

Luckily, this is a publicity stunt that I don't foresee changing any actual votes.

He wants to run against the person he beat in 2016 and not the person who beat him in 2020, the reasoning for the person in particular makes sense.

But the brainwashing thing seems a little too always-online, I don't think you're winning over any moderates who voted Trump 2016, Biden 2020, and those are the people he needs.

"Expect more audits" ...for people who earn $400k and up.

So basically normal people don't have to expect any changes, a bunch of rich peoples' accountants do.

I don't know how you don't get it... this is the pinnacle of their careers, the height of their power, and their main source of identity, plus people keep voting them in and their entire staff depends on them for financial stability. They want to stay and everyone they talk to wants them to stay.

It's shocking to me that anyone in a safe district retires.
