Slightly off topic but this reminds me of a tweet he made in 2022.

...which brings it back to the tweet above:

You know Twitter is being fair when extremists on the far right and far left are simultaneously upset!

My reaction is, why do we have to upset anyone at all? Why can't we just be nice and treat people with respect?

Any GPL violations would be reported to the Software Freedom Conservacy, who would go to court on the dev's behalf.

There was a major lawsuit back in 2022 between the SFC and Vizio, and the SFC won.

Honestly I'm not sure why they discontinued Mint KDE Edition.

Yeah, let's not pretend that we didn't like stupid Internet stuff when we were younger.

Or, "I have an amazing idea for an app..."

I'm not sure if you can replace YouTube. It's too popular and has been a mainstay of the Internet for 19 years. We won't be able to convince people to just up and leave YouTube.

Best case scenario is to lead by example and start sharing videos from PeerTube.

I know torrenting over Tor is bad, because it steals bandwidth from those who really need it. But if I had qBittorrent (binded to Mullvad) running in the background and then started running Tor Browser, would that negatively affect the network?

Just a random shower thought I had. Has it really been that long?

Then a month afterwards, we'll be getting James Gunn's "Superman: Legacy"!

As you know, this will be the final version of LO to have Semantic Versioning; all future releases will have Calendar Versioning.

Taken from the CompTIA IT Fundamentals Exam Guide book (2nd edition, published 2021). I'm not sure if they fixed this in newer versions, if at all.

And while we're at it, what's your opinion of pancakes and French toast?

Here we go...

EDIT: Surprisingly not as toxic as I thought...

TL;DR at bottom.

Yesterday I was at Best Buy and saw the Blu-ray on a shelf. I decided to buy it on a whim, as I'd heard of it before and remember it getting good reviews. I'm no stranger to anime, I've seen Lucky Star, KonoSuba, and two of the three My Hero Academia movies. In particular, I enjoyed the MHA movies because of their World of Ham tendencies, and everything there is so over-the-top. So I thought if this film is anything like MHA, I'm gonna end up loving this.

I watched it blind, with little knowledge of the One Piece franchise. All I know is that they're pirates and they ate some fruit that gave them powers (or something like that). Anyway, it had the same over-the-topness as MHA, so that I enjoyed. But I was really surprised at how emotional it was, especially with Uta's motivations and backstory. No spoilers, but there were some themes involving death and the afterlife. I almost cried at the ending, too.

Overall, great animation, great music, and unique story. I might actually watch the series lol. I heard it was the highest-grossing film in Japan in 2022, and I think that title is well-deserved.

Shame on me for not seeing this in theaters when I had the chance!

TL;DR: As a newcomer to One Piece, I enjoyed this film because of its heart, animation style, music, and similarities to MHA.
