Interesting. I’ll have to read up on this stuff. I’m working on making a career jump into IT so this will be right up my alley to learn about. Thank you.

Understood. Thanks for the explanation!

What does this mean? What is 101 and 911? I understand 101 to be the basic information of a course and 911 to be the number for emergencies. I’m trying to understand what you wrote here.

Sure, but he literally just gave a speech about it and then proceeds to ignore in roughly less than 30 seconds. 😂

I read through that and maybe I missed where they are uploading personal data to a server? What I read is that it checks the computer and files and can interpret when there are personal data things on a PC in order to provide a score to help IT know how sensitive a computer’s data might be?

It says the identification is done at the endpoint and the contents of the file are not available. I don’t see anything about copying and storing that data somewhere on their systems that I saw. Maybe I am missing something…

This is such an incredible write up! Thank you.

It goes to show how organized religion is a cancer because of propaganda. If they had the literal translations and actually read it on their own with the context that these are a collection of historical thoughts about the world then things would probably be SO much different.

It’s good, but upon re-watching it now from when I first watched it, and thinking a little differently about it - Superman talks about needing to be careful to not hurt people and cause deaths. Then he proceeds to put Darkseid through several buildings that obviously weren’t evacuated, followed by punching him so hard he goes through a couple layers of earth and totally destroys a bunch of infrastructure. He essentially shows his power and ignores everything he just said.

I still love seeing Superman let loose and fuck Darkseid’s shit up though. 😂

I’m American and I’m just going to stop you right there. We last declared war formally for World War 2, but, uh…well…we’ve done some stupid shit in other countries since then without declaring war. So, based on this I’ll just go ahead and disagree with you that you have to declare war before invasion. If you need more evidence, see Russia/Ukraine or UK/Argentina.

I’m not saying it’s right. I’m just saying you don’t have to.

Hello, I’ve never traveled internationally post smart phone world but I have Verizon and I added the month international plan so I can use my phone over in Australia.

I got the instructions back and it seems that I just need to turn roaming on and that’s it? I don’t need to activate a different eSIM or anything? Does anyone have experience with this on Verizon? It seems too easy and I’m worried I’ve missed something somewhere.

We have next door neighbors that are Muslim and are so very kind. They bring us plates of food when they cook and they even scared away some kids trying to steal our car at 2 in the morning.

I wanted to return the favor with a nice card from us and a gift. I don’t know how strict they are with Halal, and I read that Halal-friendly might not be good enough so I’m weary of a gift card to a restaurant even if it says Halal.

So what kind of gift(s) would be appropriate for a thank you? I appreciate any help you all can provide!
