Unless you are a moderator of a communit(ies), it's very easy to simply block off accounts you don't want to see, especially if you yourself know how to detect authentic posters vs "low quality posters".

The rules were just put in very late yesterday for comments and feedback and theoretically still under construction. There's not much we'll do for grandfathered posts... [edited for grammar]
