i'd like to see more built in commands along the same vein as bash added features to sh.
i know it's possible to install something through your package manager; add it to your shell config; and simply source your environment; but there's something to be said about installing a single terminal emulator and having everything ready the go.
the closest thing i found to this a commercial terminal emulator named zoc and i don't see a reason why it's not already a foss thing.
when demonstrations of solidarity with palestine happens in the united states; the protesters get labeled as antisemites and experience legal & financial repercussions if they're identified or students and; if they're students; they confiscate palestinian flags displayed publically and are prevented from mobilizing in support of gaza.
china's response is to ban everything & the american's response is to ruin your life; they're both iron fisted responses. people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones and i'd rather be told "no" than no longer be able to buy food or have a roof over my head because no one will hire me because of a bullshit label like antisemite for demonstrating against a genocide.
