Treason (which the article you linked never actually states, weirdly, when that has to be the word) is explicitly defined in the US Constitution. Other convictions would be just as devastating to Trump and show what he did without having to have a Supreme Court case about whether he was technically levying war.

I mean, if you live in a flat without your own parking space, I'd expect you're taking public transportation most of the time. If you don't own a car in the first place, there's no need to convert you in the first place, at least if you have no reason to need a car.
