Been using it on my phone and browsers for maybe a year. Works great.

Browser plugin can be a bit shaky at times, but that might just be some side effect from my config of LibreWolf or something else.

Thank you for the advice!

As @kokopelli@kokopelli@lemmy.world says, long exposure with a cheap DSLR camera. Just rested it on a wooden structure to keep it still and took the shot for 6 seconds :)

It being a completely open platform means there will definitively be data collection. Some entity will scrape the fediverse for data. It's free, open and unprotected.

I’m glad you liked it! This photo was taken in Gothenburg, Sweden. The cranes are characteristic of this city. While they used to be in use, they are now kept as a reminder of the city’s history and culture.

Here is a link to the crane on Google Maps: link to crane on gMaps

The photo was shot from the commuting ferry terminal 'Stenpiren' on the other side of the water.

Thank you! The story behind the photo is way less interesting than it might seem. If you want to ruin the magic for yourself I added a spoiler element to this comment that you can expand if you really want to know where and how I got this shot.

Explanation/SpoilerThis photo was taken at the amusement park where I live which has been temporarily Halloween themed. The character in the shot is an actor in a costume employed by the park. In the un-cropped version attached below you can see other park visitors and the entrance to the toilets.

Swedish!

It is just a name of that building, meaning either "The house of Lager" (as in lager beer) or the "The Storage House" .

I believe the building used to be a warehouse, but nowadays it is a restaurant on the ground floor and offices on top.

Thank you. I am very pleased with it as well. It is one of my better ones.

I have never been so stressed over the speed of the sun moving around before. Had to run and get the camera as soon as I saw this through the window.
