Install Stylus > Write New Style > Import and then copy/paste this in. Keep in mind that I removed a lot of my specific tweaks for sites I use, because that's PII. You will encounter many more weird issues on random sites than you do with DarkReader, but if you're used to working with userCSS you'll probably have no issues fixing those. The way this essentially works is by inverting your entire browser screen, then rotating the hue so the colours of website themes aren't weird, then it inverts images back to normal. I'm sure there is a way to do this without inverting the images in the first place, but it would involve one hell of a lot more code than this. I wrote this originally in about 3 minutes.

A passport with a gender marker that doesn't match someone's presentation is going to cause them far more trouble, because it outs the person as trans and that may be a reason for someone to treat them with prejudice.

I started on 10mg and am up to 50mg now, about two months in. I have experienced no side effects whatsoever, except the first day I took it in the evening and then was a bit buzzy at bedtime. I also haven't noticed any of the positive effects yet, though I have heard it takes a while for that to kick in and that you may not even notice it due to how gradual it is.

At least where I am, they are pushed based on which cell tower you are connected to. My old phone did not even have functional GPS and I still got emergency alerts.
