I have been using Adguard Home in the cloud, limited by clients and using it only for DoH/TLS. Updates are made directly in the UI, it's really very light and practical.

you can generate a new cookie with the value you want to identify that computer and use/capture that same value in the plausible custom event

In general everyone should use 1-2 servers, 10 is not exactly a low number. Even in the most boring players like AWS, using 1 month and paying the bill will already give you higher limits.
