i have just started running radicale a lot more for calendars and contacts. then use betterbird for the client on my laptop and other android apps.

the problem is that there is no web-ui. otherwise, relatively solid and lightweight server so far.

Yep, no movies, though I think vlc can change the audio offset to suit.

I use Spotify to all interact with what is paying. And the app to adjust different volumes. And you can have multiple streams that you direct in the app.

There is also home assistant component which we used primarily

All my hardware needs to move. And I cannot take it with me, but I want to keep my core stuff available. Looking at what people think are some good options.

I expect it will be to a mates house with taolscale or similar in front.

I didn't watch the full vid to see what he did to get there.

I was not happy with pop os when I gave it a 10 min trial. I am not surprised that it had some issues to getting steam to work.
