While on Android you can pick from a bunch of different companies without any real downsides, and when you want to switch to a different phone (e.g from a Samsung to a Pixel) you won't need to switch your smartwatch or earbuds.

What's the utility of the key case? I think that having keys just on a keyring allows them to more comfortably spread inside the pocket. Never had one, so I'm curious if that's an aesthetic/security or convenience tool

Pure speculation (and how I would do it) is to have apps A, B, C check periodically the list of installed packages and if one of them disappeared from the list I would trigger this survey.
