Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) was my first console. My first PC was a used 486/40 with 8MB of RAM. I was born in between the Challenger shuttle disaster and Chernobyl meltdown.

If you got COVID and lost the ability to taste things, did it ever come back? Otherwise, did you experience any other long term consequences from the pandemic in general? by saphiron in c/asklemmy@lemmy.world

Caught it in the first wave, bed ridden for 7 days. Lost both taste and smell for about 3 weeks then they both came back. I consider myself lucky.
