I almost accepted the Windows 11 upgrade last night. That was scary

I think I'll bite the bullet and get on the airfryer trend. But I don't have the kitchen space do I might replace the microwave with an airfryer/microwave/convection oven combo.

The ability to cook frozen stuff without the fuck around of a regular oven is too tempting

I just had the Performance Agreement meeting and I still have my job. The review period is being extended and I'm being given a written warning. I have another month to just try do what they want from me. I can do the actual work required of me, it's all the following up with people and adding comments here and there about what's being done that's the issue. It's the most frustrating and boring part of the job for me, but this is a more corporate setting and that's what's important to them.

Got to my early morning grocery delivery before the birds this morning. It was out there for 15 minutes so they must have been busy

What do people with normal jobs do when both parents are working and their kids are too sick to go to childcare?

I have the one in person event I need to attend tomorrow and the way the kids are going that probably won't happen. Are you supposed to take a day off work every time? Normal people can't do that

The support chat in some apps needs its own notification.

Birds got into the Woolworths delivery yesterday because the doorbell wasn't rung.

I jump on the support chat, because that's the only way you can do anything these days, then waiting for a response I close my phone. I have a job, kids, and a life so I forget about it and the support person leaves the chat. Where does that leave my things the birds got into? I need a buzz or a reminder or something these people have replied

I didn't participate in Dry July but I probably haven't had a drink in a month between all the colds and things I've had on

Sleep school is alright. This facility is really nice and the staff are great. The food is a little lousy, which is to be expected. It's pretty much hospital grade microwave meals, but they're provided and you're free to head out and do whatever you want.

I should have taken the week off but with how everyone was feeling last week it was still up in the air.

The kids have a massive flatbed tonka truck I'm constantly flipping on its side so it doesn't become my Skateboard To Hospital. It makes me feel like those guys they hire in Singapore to tip over open pots of water after it rains so mosquito's don't spread

I better stock up on the Berserk deluxe editions now Booktopia is closing down. They had them for the cheapest I've seen aside from second hand on marketplace

Success! I helped this business getone of their Facebook pages under their business portfolio. They had been trying to do this for months and it seemed like they had done everything.

I thought I may not be able to do it because what could I try they haven't? But I did it.

This might lead to a bit more work back in the musical instrument wholesale industry. Working in a space you care about really makes a difference

There's a pizza place near me open until 1am. So if you order a pizza after midnight you can get the Tuesday special.

One of the benefits of ordering online. I don't know if they'd allow it if you called or went in store
