I wonder if Colorado has required this because I know when I was looking at apartments about 11 years ago they told us the decibel reduction of the windows and doors in the apartments we looked at that were near highways. I mean not using the native taskbar is a bit further than fixing stuff by using third party software. The taskbar is an integral part of the OS. If you’re switching it out then you’re making significant, deep rooted changes to the OS.

Get it in writing what teeth they’re going to remove.
