devs can assign keys to specific promotions, and mass recall unactivated keys and activated games from people's accounts, so yeah this is possible even though needs to be done manually, but most devs don't do it

the taskbar still broken and unusable.
icons straight up disappear when you switch virtual desktops using the touchpad, tray icons sometimes don't show up, messing with some things can cause an explorer crash

there crappy things are basically made to be thrown away, they're not even supposed to outlive their software support range.

it's a fun toy, not super useful but probably fun to tinker with
I've done some ungodly stuff to my android phones (even non-rooted ones, I'm totally abusing them) and I can't even imagine all the possibilities with a proper linux distro. Having a pocket pc with a full arm64 linux sounds awesome

you don't need ublock to remove it, just hover over it and press a cross button. it permanently dismisses ALL copilot ads.

It's built on the open source WebKit engine.

yeah there are three uis:

  • sh.reddit.com - default for logged off users, mostly works without js, uses simpler pagination system then new reddit.
  • new.reddit.com - the most bloated one, painfully slow, tracks your every move even with ublock, only accessible for logged in users after the recent update
  • old.reddit.com - good ol' old reddit ui, don't really like it but it's... bearable unlike new reddit (loads instantly). With some CSS userstyles and scripts it's still usable...
