Lola bunny, creating an entire generation of furries.

I live in Norway. We have one of the highest grocery prices worldwide, and the smallest selection of goods. Trips over the border for grocery shopping are a weekly ritual for those who live close enough. Small immigrant owned groceries manage to be cheaper than the giant chains with a thousand times the purchasing power. Please do not emulate Norwegian grocery stores. This article is marketing BS.

$1.8B is quite a chunk, and the EU is not shy about levying further fines if the behaviour continues.

Haven't spy satellites had super clear resolution for quite a few decades now?

From the article:

Its gold reserves are estimated to be 2,113 tonnes as of July—the fifth largest behind the Federal Reserve's 8,133

The article should be titled 'Why social media isn't fun anymore', because that's all the author is talking about.

I drive a scooter and don't own a car. But this is the sort of braindead post that will likely drive me to block this community. It's an embarrassment to anybody who can think logically.

This is such nonsense. The gangs would be losing something like 90% or more of their money in the process. The only 'proof' stated in the article is a bunch of unverified claims by anonymous sources.

Westerners? I'm foreign-born Chinese, and you couldn't pay me to enter China. My anti-ccp sentiments combined with their sense of ownership of all Chinese people regardless of birth nation means I'm probably on a low priority list somewhere.

Obviously, but what were you expecting?

Would it be any different with normal delivery drivers? The issue here is lack of reporting or enforcement. There are good reasons to bash the gig economy, but this one's just riding the wave for the clicks
