I guess it was only a matter of time before false spring was going to end and I'd be putting the heater back on.
It used to be that people had holidays in Australia and notably mostly within their own state as travel was too expensive.
Now holidays within Australia are too expensive so people go overseas.

On a side note I cannot believe how bad my neighbours let their windows and blinds get. I can see the dust caked on, including the inside. This is in part why I don't have Venetian blinds.
I've never given a fuck about sport tbh and never understood why people get so worked up and passionate about team sports in particular. Admittedly many sports folk are physically attractive but that's where my interest ends π.
Maybe you have to be more inclined to be tribal in nature for team sports in particular.

So friends of mine have dogs and I must say the dog smell in their house today was pretty bad. I'm assuming the house being closed up in winter probably doesn't help.
Was relieved to get back to my own fresh smelling house.

Sometimes I think about running away to a foreign country and starting again with a completely clean slate.
Circumstances of late have forced me to think about old jobs and the horrible things I went through and it's quite triggering.
