Just so sad when I see how people are permanently damaged by bad parenting and bad jobs. In many cases a complete come back is not possible due to ongoing chronic health issues.

As much as I cherish my nephews and nieces, I myself could not in all good conscience bring a child into this toxic world.

• people living their fake lives in social media making out it's better than it really is.
• Politicians telling anything but the truth.

So lately I shut my bedroom window at night. That keeps heat in, but it can lead to a stuffy room.

On the other hand if I open it then obviously that let's warm air out.

Hmm. Maybe I can try just opening it a crack. Or maybe I can open a window in another adjacent room to encourage air exchange.

I actually like the new name. Something much more grand about it.
