It's weird. Sometimes I'm good for 12 months, then something yanks me back.
I literally haven't left the house today to avoid any of this shit, and by and large I've been successful.
We are unfortunately getting old and it's showing.
Why do supermarkets allow the loitering is another question. I certainly wouldn't want anything to put off my customers.

Why is this news? Is there any doubt at this point that alcohol for anyone in any amount is a carcinogen?
I definitely had to take it and unwillingly at that.
Honestly I would advise against them speaking to cookers. Unfortunately you never know how they might react and I would hate for them to be physically attacked.

At this hour? I'd be up all night.
I tried a so called cooling memory foam pillow for six months. And while it wasn't terrible it just simply doesn't mould to your head and neck in the same way as a duck down pillow, so I've acquiesced and bought a good duck down pillow with 80% down 20% feather core.
Was it cheap? Hell no but I'm looking forward to improved and more consistent sleep.
