Why the fuck would anyone care about wasteful space colonization and the next million years when we aren't even close to solving our current problems?

Renewables are significantly cheaper than nuclear and will remain so for the foreseeable future. The "cheap nuclear energy" Germany got a few decades ago isn't as cheap if you include the costs of managing the nuclear waste. By the way, Germany intends to find - not build - a long term nuclear waste storage construction site by 2070. Right now the "temporary" solution of dumping everything into caves is used.

Once we start colonizing space - and only then - does it make sense to start discussing the viability of nuclear energy. That will be centuries off.

Yes they are, it's horrible.

If you kill a bicyclist standing on the bus lane with your car going nearly 3 times the speed limit, you will receive a one year suspended sentence and lose your license for 16 months in Germany.

none of the countries have killed as many children as Israel

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Chechen_War

100,000–130,000 civilians killed (Bonner)[21] 80,000–100,000 civilians killed (Human rights groups estimate)[22][23] 30,000–40,000+ civilians killed (RFSSS data)[24] At least 161 civilians killed outside Chechnya[c] 500,000+ civilians displaced[citation needed]

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Chechen_War

Estimate total number of casualties: 30,000 civilians dead (25,000 killed and 5,000 missing) according to AI[24] ~80,000 killed in Chechnya (GfbV estimate)[25] More in neighbouring regions 40,000–50,000 civilians killed (Kramer)[26] More than 600 killed during attacks in Russia proper.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casualties_of_the_Russo-Ukrainian_War:

11,000+ civilians killed (confirmed)

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casualties_of_the_Syrian_civil_war

Number of killed civilians by Russian forces: 6861 - 8729+

Add a couple hundred of killed Georgian civilians and you have a range for Russian civilian kills in the last 30 years of:

80,000 - 230,000

If we count genocides perpetrated by Turkish nationalists in the Ottoman Empire and continued by newly founded Turkey we have:

  • 600,000 - 1.5 million Armenian civilians killed
  • 300,000 - 900,000 Greek civilians killed

As to genocides perpetrated solely by the state of Turkey:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dersim_massacre

Turkish Kurdish anthropologist Dilşa Deniz estimates the number of deaths to be between 46.000 to 63.000.[65][66][67][68][69][70][71][72] Historian Hans-Lukas Kieser writes that 40,000 is implausibly high.[73] Historian Annika Törne estimates 32,000 to 70,000 dead as a result of massacres

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zilan_massacre

Deaths: 5,000 - 15,000

Several hundred more Kurdish civilians have been killed in the past few decades by Turkey.

But you're right that in the past few decades Turkey hasn't killed as many Kurdish civilians as Israel has Palestinian civilians. Turkey is "just" commiting cultural genocide right now.

For those unaware of German politics, the S is for decoration purposes only, because "Party of Germany" sounds silly.

Literally 95% of the German parliament is opposed to it. It's not just right wingers, they're just the most opposed.

The Green party supports increasing existing social services up until and slightly beyond the minimum required to live (and not be homeless) and opposes sanctions for those who refuse to work.

The "social" democrats - conservative lite to be exact - support a "right to work" instead of UBI. Work is great and it's more than making money, you achieve self-determination through work etc etc.

Every other party further right is absolutely insane and their proposals can and should be completely ignored.

Of the 5% who aren't opposed, a quarter is made up of "left conservatives" who advocate for social spending but heavily oppose any and all LGBTQ+ rights, immigration and nature/climate protection.

You don't necessarily need speech for consent since non-verbal/mute people exist.

100% accurate emulation is basically impossible for every single console. You can get extremeley close via cycle accuracy, emulating the CPU's instruction set but even that isn't perfect.

You can read this for more information:

That's plagiarism.

You can have plagiarism law distinct from copyright.

That way, the original author will always be mentioned as a source in the derivative works and it is highly unlikely they will receive no attention should your derivative work become popular.
