I do wonder why the NDP raises the least of the three parties.

The funding they receive is approximately in line with what you would expect based on their share of the overall vote in previous elections. You'd never expect them to be on-par with the big two as they just don't garner as much interest, period.

It's the Liberals that should be questioning why theirs is so low. Perhaps it is only skewed right now because they have been in power for so long? Canadians do seem to grow tired of parties holding power for too long.
